And now...back to Camp Newmar! Here we are, spending a little time with @NWIP and looking forward to a stop-in by @ARD in couple of days.

Steve Showalter will be the first to tell you that he's not out to compete with Newmar. I don't know his hourly rate, but he's not making a secret of it. His biggest selling point, for me, is that he's obsessed with making sure his customers are happy with what they buy from him.

Wow. That attitude still exists. I will have to pay him a visit. Don’t mind paying people like that.

We are here this week, Kitchen Slide floor was soft on bottom side near slide lock mech. 1' x 4' section replaced. they found voids on the top of the slide under the topper. They did not use Sica tape on the seams back in 16 so that is being addressed.
That slide has never worked 100% as far as going in and out, losses it's timing so to speak, so 2 new motors - controller was ok. Keeping the old motors and will replace the encoders for spares.
Added VIN Tags.. they are like gold I guess over 400 bucks but now it's never going to be an issue for me or the next owner going to CA.. I would say it probably would never have been.
They scratched the slide out trim when removing so goes to paint tomorrow for that repair (one color) but they say we will still get it back Thursday TWT...

So going home looking for a job at MacDonalds to pay for diesel and repairs
