We had a very similar 2017 Georgetown, 34ft model. We loved it. Very few problems, the biggest being a bedroom A/C replacement.
Pros - plenty of room, comfortable, dependable, fairly problem free. With the bedroom a/c on the fritz, the LR a/c kept the rig cool in NW Florida, in the full sun, in July.
Cons - drives like an old school bus, get 6 mpg at 60 mph, loud inside. Oven sucks. Furniture peeled, so we just replaced it with house furniture. We had the front seats recovered in cloth for about $1200.

Good morning.
No idea what the selling price is but according to NADA (JD Power) , the Used Retail price for that unit is $53,050. The mileage can make a minor adjustment either way. If you are interested in that, let me know. The price is using the most current Sept - Oct edition. The numbers update 6 times a year.
