I ordered a new motor for our awning and it came yesterday. Not!
I go to the front door, the box was very lite. It was empty, only the end cap was in the box. The motor had fallen out. The bottom was folded in on itself with no tape to hold it. Multiple mistakes were made on this shipment. I guess it’s easier to put it on the customer. I have never received an empty box.
They are sending another one.

So, my story….

Ordered a watch directly from Apple years back.

Came from their warehouse and shipped fedex.

Day the package arrived, all sealed and looked normal.

Opened the box to remove the watch package - watch and both bands missing - just the box delivered.

Ordered the next one from their store and picked up in person. They did refund the first empty box.

Well sometimes it works to our favor too.

Earlier this year I purchased a pair of boots at Redwing, expensive, but man they feel good.
While surfing the internet I saw the exact same boot for half the cost and even tho I didn't need it, it was too good of a deal to pass up.

They came and I checked to see if it really was the same boot, it was exactly!

THEN..... the same boot popped up again and was even CHEAPER, way cheaper, so yeah, this sucker bought another as I just love these boots and eventually I will need them......but they never came.

I contacted the seller, they said they had been shipped and asked if I could wait a little more.
I did, they never arrived and they sent another pair which did arrive.
then weeks go by, maybe longer and a box is dropped off on the porch and its the BOOTS I never got.
I contacted them and they just said keep them.

Moral of the story, chances are I will be buried with my boots on.
