Not a 5 year its a 2 + 3. Not impressed with the Centurion., no floating cab and the cabinets are mehThere's an Entegra Super C and a Seneca Super C, both now by Jayco. They're both pretty nice and bssically fraternal twins, however the Entegra has a 5 yr. warranty vs. the Seneca 3 yr. Either of them will pull a house down.
Yeah, the Newmar is the only one that I know of using the air ride cab on their super c. Major difference from all the others we drove. Not a 5 year its a 2 + 3. Not impressed with the Centurion., no floating cab and the cabinets are meh
Acquisitions for the most part have one purpose, take a successful money making enterprise, turn it upside down, shake it for quarterly earnings then spin off what if anything is left. Most of these consortiums in order to maximize earnings shift from paying workers by the hour to a piece rate. Any worker slowing the line down by trying to fix an error or just by reporting an error, is not only costing himself $$, but everyone else on that line. The faster they work the more likely they are to approximating a living wage. You don't have to be a Fields Medal recipient to do that math.IMHO, when Entegra and Jayco were a seperate company, I thought the Entegra line of DP's were much better motorhomes than Tiffin's, and I'm a Tiffin fan. What I believe Thor is doing is leveraging the more popular Tiffin name. Entegra, in the past, had a smaller following,g seeing that their least expensive RV started around $400K.
As posted above, Thor has really whored-out the Entergra name by slapping it on the gussied-up Jayco Class Cs with cheap shiny trims and other useless cosmetic changes and asking thousands more than a comparable Class C.
I would never buy a Thor product, and I recommend to anyone I meet, either looking to get into the RV lifestyle or maybe looking to upgrade, to stay away from the Thor parent company name.
