We started making espresso martinis - my nieces fault for giving us the recipe 🤣

Based on that we picked up one of these

Makes espresso, cappuccino, regular cups, etc.

Built in grinder is nice and a local source for freshly roasted beans.

I dont buy, roast or grind beans. I just buy French Roast and call it a day

Of course I do not attempt to be as disciplined…but for coffee snobs, there is what seems commonly referred to as the “rule of 15”.

1) Coffee Beans, if inroasted and properly stored, are good for up to 15 months.

2) Coffee beans, whole and properly stored, are good for up to 15 days.

3) Coffee beans, once ground, are good for up to 15 minutes.

4) Coffee, once brewed, it at it’s peak for 15 seconds.

I do not possess the sensitivity that must be required to be that discerning about coffee.

Anyone out there a prescriber to the “Rule of 15”?

I can tell the difference. The data is the toung.
