Anybody have a clue on why my radiator cooling fans are running all the time? And what to check to fix this. My rv is a 04 Journey 39K With the Cat 7 and side radiator. I read it is only supposed to run when needed. Mine is running all the time even when engine is cold. Thanks for any help.

The first thing I would check is for a stuck fan relay.

The fans should always be running if the engine is running. The only thing that changes is the speed. In the event of a valve or control failure the default is full speed. Are you sure that your coach has a side radiator? That would be unusual for a C7 and that year Freightliner chassis. Possible that you are looking at a remote AC condenser with fan? That was common for that chassis back then. Then that fan will run whenever the dash AC is operating. Most have that remote condenser up front. Rear radiator, fan for that year range may be full-time belt drive, no control.
