Problem Right front jack drops down

I have a 2021 Ventana 3407. The right front jack will drop down after a few days after being retracted. I see no leaks and fluid reservoir is full. Thanks for any ideas for me to check.

It is hydraulic no spring.

I have one that also leaks down while in storage. It never gets down low enough for it to go into auto lift when I put it in gear. I can't find a leak anywhere.

It could be the internal rings/seals for the pistons are starting to wear out. You are not leaking fluid externally, but it is bypassing the seal overtime, remaining withing the overall closed system.

One of my Equalizer jacks would fall about 1.5" over time with no visible leaking. I had it looked at and was told they're not meant to be rebuilt (but can be) and said replacing would be the better way to go. I asked if it will continue to slip and potentially drop al the way and the reply was it's possible. I trusted this repair facility as they have done quality work before reasonably priced. The cost was just over 1k to remove/replace.

Whenever my coach has been sitting for probably over a month I always do a retract all. I've had the alarm go off a few times while driving, typically in cold weather. No thanks! That will get your attention. So I know they need to be "sucked up" if not used for a period of time.

Our last coach had Big Foot hydraulic levelers.

Getting out of storage a couple times I had the jack down alarm go off - does get your attention.

No leaks etc, just drifted from sitting.

Got into the habit of doing a retract all after sitting before driving.

A little late here but maybe this will help others who search.
We have HWH for the leveling jacks and slides.
When one of these starts moving slightly over time I have found that manually flipping the valves in the bay for that item seems to resolve the issue. In the pic below there are labels showing which valve extends or retracts each of the 4 leveling jacks. The white levers on the end are what I toggle open and closed a couple/few times to ensure the valve is closing completely and not letting fluid get by.
Ours is an older system (12 years old) so maybe newer systems work differently.

Thank you for the information. I still have the problem with the jack dropping. It will drop 2-3 inches in a week or so. I will look at my controller to see if it has the leavers and I will give it a try.
