Living in the WNY State area, September has arrived, and we are currently in the Fever mode....That's Buffalo Bill's Fever and Bill's Mafia. A very large base of Bill's backers comes from across the Niagara River, Ontario, Canada. They also make up a good portion of the season ticket holders at the new Highmark Stadium, high prices and all. During the Bills' home games, parking lots and private home yards are packed with a mix of Canadians and Americans tailgating together, united by NFL football and the Bills. Nowhere do you hear discussions of what's going on between governments and political leaders. It's all about fun, the game, trading stories, and maybe a few adult beverages together.
