I'm curious to know what kinds of folding chairs people carry in their RVs. I'm not talking about the folding dinette chairs that came with your coach. I'm interested in those used outside the coach.

We have not yet found folding chairs that are both comfortable and easy to store. The two chairs we are now carrying in our coach are the conventional folding type. You know what I'm talking about; hard-to-carry, finger-pinching, clumsy opening/closing, uncomfortable and hard-to-store folding chairs.

Looking for a better option.

We have had these GCI folding rockers for about 3 years:

They are getting pretty faded and the material has a couple small holes where some campfire sparks ran amuck. The actual frame has never shown any wear. We may dump them and get a new set just because they look so bad. We also haul two more simple fold up lawn chairs for company.

I have the same chairs, but got them from Harbor Freight...$20. I also have a couple of the zero-gravity recliners, but they are so big, it’s hard to find a place to store them.

We had a nice pair of those zero-gravity recliners that we won in a raffle at a rally. But when we downsized from a 43 to a 40, we lost a bay and there was no place to store them.

Our go-to chairs now are two Colemans and our “Sunday” chairs are the pair we got from Spartan when we attended their Academy.

I have two of the same chairs that Akdare has plus two rocking chairs.

We use this one from Tommy Bahama. Very comfortable..

Have two that are the same as the ones Neal posted, & also 2 Newmar chairs that were a gift from Newmar, & came with coach when we did "CPU"!
