    ...worry about running your batteries down, using the normal stuff. You can also carry a small compressor and use the genrator to air up tires, supply power tools, etc. That was one of the first things I bought when I had a trailer. Soft start has always been on my to do list, but I never got to it.

    We did add 1300 watts of solar and a 3000 watt Hybrid inverter along with the 600 amps of LiFepo4 batteries. We have all the electrical power we want for our purposes, and then some. The front A/C we added a Soft Start so we can run that unit on batteries only for a considerable time if needed.
