    Friend had the same issue on his 2013 Mountain Air. Turned out to be a bad motor/encoder. He purchased a remote from KIB and used that to open and close his slide for over a year. Eventually went to Newmar factor and had it fixed.

    I do my motorhome just like the house. I spray outside the motorhome, inside the storage garage and inside the coach at least twice a year. I also take a spray bottle of the insecticide with me while traveling. You never know when you might need it.

    Entry steps

    Same issue. Check and make sure the step motor is fully extending. If you can pull the steps out by hand it's not extending all the way. Over time they tend to bind due to NON lubrication of the joints
