Jim, I can't imagine that you will ever get a good return on the time, money, blood, sweat, and tears that you have put into your place. It can only be defined as a labor of love. It is truly a beautiful, one of a kind place. I hope to make it there someday and enjoy your creation.

Thank you, @newmarokie ! It really hasn’t been too bad, besides, we paid for all of the land and equipment in a previous lifetime. And not to sound like a cliché, but it’s not about always working for more, it’s about appreciating what you have and sharing it with your friends. And along the way, we’ve met so many great people… that alone has made it all worthwhile.

Jim, If you got the land free I think I would shudder at what you have spent on asphalt, gravel, concrete and lumber. And I know a bit about those little GPS mowers. But I emphatically and whole heartedly agree with you on the enjoyment and sharing aspect. Well done.
