Jim, I can't imagine that you will ever get a good return on the time, money, blood, sweat, and tears that you have put into your place. It can only be defined as a labor of love. It is truly a beautiful, one of a kind place. I hope to make it there someday and enjoy your creation.
Thank you, @newmarokie ! It really hasnโ€™t been too bad, besides, we paid for all of the land and equipment in a previous lifetime. And not to sound like a clichรฉ, but itโ€™s not about always working for more, itโ€™s about appreciating what you have and sharing it with your friends. And along the way, weโ€™ve met so many great peopleโ€ฆ that alone has made it all worthwhile. :)

Jim, If you got the land free I think I would shudder at what you have spent on asphalt, gravel, concrete and lumber. And I know a bit about those little GPS mowers:cool:. But I emphatically and whole heartedly agree with you on the enjoyment and sharing aspect. Well done.
P.S. And we all get to enjoy your stories about this adventure.

Had a bit of royalty drop by for a visit today!
