We just had the compressor seize up on the center (kitchen AC). Replacement units (15M) run about $1,700…if you can find one. We are being quoted 6-8 weeks by both a local distributor and Dometic itself. Like everything else, the supply chain is all messed up.
Since your having the AC unit replaced you may want to save the control board from the old unit. I had issues with mine which I was able to resolve, but I almost ended up buying a new one. Just a thought.

Yesterday I heard the same thing from my neighbor. He replaced all his 3 AC's, and had problems with the thermostat communicating with the AC's. Technician told him that he should have taken the control boards from the old ones? Apparently the new model AC's come with updated (different) CB's.
