2001 Leprechaun M314SS - NO POWER

I had power, but then put in two new batteries and I have no power at all on the batteries or from a 30 amp plug. I checked/replaced the two 30 amp fuses on the breaker box, still nothing. I heard there is maybe a battery charging reset process or something. I am at a loss and frustrated. I don't see anything to reset next to the battery compartment either (Attached).
