Welcome @Whale - when buying a RV floor plan is key. Research the manufacturer for quality and reviews, consider service needed on a used coach, maybe ask an inspector to review something you're interested in. Do you have a link to anything you've found that you want us to look at to help you?
 
We just purchased a MH and one thing I missed but found while working on the air conditioners on the roof was different colored caulk. maybe nothing but also could be a sign of roof repair.
