2007 Winnebago View 24H Coach appliances, lights not working with 12V, work with shore power

Bought a 2007 Winnebago View. Everything works when it is plugged into shore power. Nothing works with the coach batteries. The batteries and new and there is voltage. Checked with the multimeter. All the fuses and breakers below the refrigerator are good. The battery is hooked up per the winnebago wiring diagram. I just can't find the BIRD or BIM or whatever to check the voltage at that system. Where would that system be located or is there something different?
