We just purchased a 2015 Fleetwood Storm 30L. The large slide on the driver's side extends/retracts on the back end of the slide as normal but the front rack doesn't seem to engage at all. It must be pushed out and pushed back in to match the speed of the other rack, otherwise you get a twisting motion and the whole slide wants to bind up. I can't figure out where I get access to the rack/motor area at all. Any help?
I've seen some videos posted by others where the rack has lots of room between the slide and the rack itself. On ours, the rack is literally screwed to the bottom of the slide. There doesn't seem to be any clear access to get at motors or the rack itself.
