I have a like-new 2019 Baystar 3014, 26,500 MI, with many upgrades, yearly factory service and maintenance fall and spring, plus new batteries, new 300w solar system, new furniture. I can no longer drive, so need to sell. I am unable to get accurate selling price. If there is a reliable site, I would sincerely appreciate the link/site name. Thank you.

I think your best bet is looking at asking prices on comparable uinits on RVT.com and RVTrader.com and setting your price accordingly. It sounds like you’ve realized that Nada pricing is often way off and not reliable.

I appreciate tour time and thoughts, Rich. I have exhausted my searches. Have only one 2020 3014 to compare with. Thank you, Regards, Stew

Try this, I use the NADA RV value website. Here is the web site and a attached book sheet.

Actually if you do some advanced searches and use the length + or - a couple feet, the year + or - a couple, and the milage within 10k either way, you will probably find a satisfactory basis from which to make your decision.

The exact floor plan isn’t nearly as relevant as the dimensions and other factors above for determining the value of the coach, and as you have found it is too limiting anyway. Also a lot depends on local availability - what is on lots within a couple hundred miles as many people prefer not to travel to buy a coach. Good luck with your sale.

Rich. Thank you for your reply. I’m lost in your description about an advanced search. I searched for 2919 Newmar Baystar 3014 for sale….Would you please offer me an example of another way to write my search? Regards, Stew

I find 3 2019 bay stars, all larger. They range from $149k to $189k

With the NADA guide, I would say yours should sell for $125-140k, assuming it's in perfect condition and has maintenance records.

Good luck!

There’s an advanced search tab on both sites allowing you to construct a custom search using your preferences on a variety of parameters. Not sure why my fancy electronic pen is stuck on dotted lines though….
