I have a 2019 Outdoors RV 27 RKS Blackstone Titanium. My specification sheet indicates tongue weight is 1115 pounds. Adding the batteries and propane would put weight around 1300 pounds. The estimated dry weight of the trailer without batteries and propane is 8100 pounds. Can anyone who has this model confirm these numbers?

I wouldn't worry about the dry weight if it was me. As you already said, adding batteries and propane has put you above the dry weight and you won't ever tow it that light. Look at the GVW and use that number. Figure 12% minimum for tongue weight. Your best bet is to load it up like when you leave for camping then find a scale and weigh everything.
