2019 Newmar Dutch star 4369 high pressure fuel rail failure less than 20k miles on coach

We just got a 2019 DS 4369 with less than 20K miles. when leaving one campground for another we loss power, pulled over saw fuel leaking from the engine. After waiting 5 hours for a tow, had it towed to a Cummins dealer. found out yesterday that the high pressure fuel rail has ruptured. Has anyone else had this problem?

There was a recall several years back issue for that very problem on the 8.9 450 HP L9 Cummins engine. Google it and it will come up.
