I purchased a 2022 Forest River selling my 2020 5th wheel. The 2022 has a more suitable floor plan for us. 2020 Cardinal Limited is in Excellent Condition! 1 master bedroom 1 bunkhouse with loft,outside kitchen,2 full bathrooms,4 slides. We lived in it for 1.5 years,no traveling has been stationary so no wear and tear. Has an all electric furnace no need to worry about propane in the winter. My wife and I purchased for the floor plan with our daughter in mind, she is now off to college so we wanted a different floor plan. Everything working perfectly all warranty work finished.I have been told retail value is $75,000-$80,000,my credit union would loan $91,000. Extended season,heated tanks. Much better option to live in an RV like we have done than pay rent. I'm located in Montana.
