2021 Roadtrek Zion SRT questions

I just purchased a 2021 Roadtrek Zion SRT and I’m finding it hard to get answers to some questions. They don’t have a very helpful website. My first two questions are how do I monitor the two lithium battery levels and the air conditioning does not seem to work. The air/con blows but does not drop the interior temperature. One of the reasons I got the Zion is because of the electrical setup and the 11000 btu air/con which should be plenty. Any help?

No idea but hopefully soon someone will be able to assist you. The one thing I will say, does your AC have a fan mode too? If so, you may have the AC on that rather than true AC and cooling.

Thanks G, I was apparently in fan mode as you suspected and have since been able to get the AC working off of the inverter.
