Replacing the toilet in my older Class C — is the Aqua-Magic Style II a sensible fit?

I have a 2003 Class C with the original toilet still in it, and the flush valve has started weeping onto the floor after trips. I full-time part of the year in Oregon, so it gets steady use and I don't want to keep patching it. I'm looking at the Thetford 42058 Aqua-Magic Style II because it keeps coming up for older rigs, and I'd rather stay with something simple and manual than deal with electronics. My concern is the footprint and the water hookup lining up with what's already cut into my bathroom floor, plus whether the plastic base holds up for someone using it daily. I found this page while comparing options: Thetford 42058 Aqua-Magic Style II RV Toilet Review. I don't know anything about the site and haven't checked the numbers against my own measurements yet. Has anyone swapped one of these into an older rig? I'd like to hear about fit, sealing, and how it's held up.
