2021 Thor Chateau problems help!

We just picked up today a barely used 2021 Chateau. The previous owners had not put any miles on it before she got sick and had to sale so they could not answer any questions we had and we have never owned a class c before!!
First problems is the threaten seating. We can’t get either leg part up! It feels like the cable is locked or something. Is that perhaps a safety feature?
Second and more important is this unit had been winterized. We flushed out the antifreeze but we have no hot water. Is there maybe a bypass valve we should turn?
This is so frustrating! Please help if you can! Thanks!

There usually are bypass valves for the water heater on the back of it. It may be behind a panel, maybe in the kitchen. I don’t know the specifics of that unit. There should be a manual for the MH.

Make sure the water heater is full of water before turning it on, or you will burn out the heating element.

No manuals! Just install manuals nothing on how to use anything!

Go on the Thor Manufacture website and register. Put in your VIN and you can download manuals specific to your unit.
