Hi everyone. I'm Barbara and glad to be included in RVForum. We switched to a diesel motorhome in 2018 and have been dinghy towing a 2006 Toyota Highlander for about 10 years now which included our previous motorhome. We're considering a 2022 Blazer for a new tow car but I cannot find matching info on weather we need a Fwd or Awd. The 2022 manual gives instructions on how to dinghy tow but does not specifically mention which style, FWD or AWD. We would prefer to purchase a FWD but we’re concerned since reading on other web sites that say AWD only. Does anyone have experience dinghy towing a 2022 Blazer. Every web site lists different cars for dinghy towing (except for Jeeps, they're always included). I want to tow a 2022 FWD Blazer.....any input would be appreciated.

I can't help much here, except to suggest you definitely get a 4WD. That way you can play off-road in the deserts and mountains. You don't want to do that in an All WD. Towing a 4WD? Haven't a clue.
