I assume you have a water fill door. That is where the tank is located.

Open the drawer under the oven there are 3 valves coming out of the floor behind where the drawer pulls out

So what are the 3 valve for

On the 2023 Model 20XG there are two locations to shunt water and winterize. The hot water tank access is the middle cabinet between dinette and bathroom; the pump shunt location is the rear storage adjacent to the bathroom
