We bought a 2022 Minnie 2529RG last week, and so far are happy with it but are having quite a bit if trouble trying to find a few things. The owner's manual is generic and covers all of Winnebago's towables, so the information is confusing at best and flat out wrong in many cases. Neither the dealer nor Google have been much help. Winnebago sent me a stack of documents and they helped immensely but not for these.
Where is the fresh water tank drain valve? The user manual is silent or wrong and Google says things like "It could be here, or it could be there, or try looking over here...", all of which failed to expose it.
I did manage to find the low point drains for the hot and cold water lines, but nothing for the fresh water tank. I assume I need to drain the fresh water tank when winterizing.
The other thing I can't find is the approved lift points for jacking it up to change a tire. The manual says to use the point on the frame that's nearest to the tire, but there is a rubber hose or wire cable of some kind running along the bottom of the frame that can't be moved and will get crushed if I try to lift it there.
I've been cautioned against lifting it by the axle but does that include where the axle is U-bolted to the spring? Can I lift it there? If not there then I have no idea where is the safe jacking point.
I'm hoping that one of you who preferably has a 2529RG and knows for a fact where these things are located would please chime in.
Thanks...
