Update on my issue, they had to replace the antenna and head unit. They first tried the antenna, nothing changed. Then replaced the head unit but used old antenna, still no signal. Finally replaced head unit and antenna and finally got a signal. Now to see how long the fix works

Planning a trip to the factory before we head south again so may have them check it there.
