I have two maybe related issues. The first is that the 'headlights on' warning beeps constantly when the ignition key is off. It stops when the engine is started or the ignition is turned to accessory. The second is that the radio/gps does not power on at all. I recently had some marker light bulbs replaced and wonder if the technician might have disturbed fuses or a breaker but I cannot find anything related to either problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
