We are looking to replace our 18 and i am running into mixed results

I normally use roadmaster base plates but they only make them for 2024

Blue ox makes one for 25

No one makes a taillight harness due to the crazy electronics.

What is anyone doing for the lights I dislike the magnet mount ones and the suction cup ones are not bright enough

I just got a new truck and am going through this same issue. It is a Ford F150 I did find a plug and play harness. I have a Blue Ox for the past 10 years and I love it. Fortunately for me the baseplates are the same for my 2012 F150 and the new one. I did a little checking and found a plug and play for the Yukon Hope it works for you.

I have kicked this down the road until we are back in fl this fall... by then roadmaster should have the baseplates.
I will just run a wired set of lights on a bike rack type of hitch mount

CHECK OUT TOWMATE Wireless brake lights, turn, signal, driving lights, used it for about six years now on the back of our jeep. All states accepted it’s works perfect little pricey, but so simple to use.

That’s for trailer lights, not the toad
I am not sure if you were responding to my post however if you were I just went back and reviewed the produce and the instruction manual and this is for flat towing not for trailer lighting. I am attaching the instructions. After reading them let me know what you think. Everything I see seems to indicate for flat towing. If I am incorrect and I could be I will amend my posts. I do not want to send someone the wrong direction. Have a great day!

Your correct, this is for a toad setup.
