Just bought our first camper and learning the ropes, hopefully make our maiden voyage over the 4th, Happy Camping all!!!

Welcome aboard! I hope your maiden voyage goes well. I always recommend that a maiden voyage be in your own driveway for a couple of nights. That way, if you have forgotten anything, it's just a few steps away and not a big deal. Plus if your run into any technical difficulties, help is not far away. Like team bradfield, we find that big holiday weekends are usually a $hit show. We try to find an out of the way place to hibernate since we full time.
