This issue started about a year ago and has plagued me since. Every thing was working as usual last year until late in the trip I noticed on the pressure screen that the right rear bag was running much higher pressure than normal. Usually at around 90-95, it was showing 120 while the left rear dropped to around 70. I hadn't moved any weight around in the coach, so it wasn't due to that. After arriving home again, I called and talked to Joe at HWH, and through emails and calls, I made every attempt to find the problem trouble shooting the system, but came to the realization I'd have to make the trip to Moscow again to get it rectified. Routed our trip to include Iowa, and set up the appointment. While traveling there (about 2000 miles into our total trip) I had to keep switching between normal and right low on the suspension screen about every 20 min to keep the pressures "normal" in the rear bags.

Finally made it to HWH and they got me in at 8am sharp. Toured the area (there's not a lot around there) and ended up back in the waiting room. The tech came out in the afternoon and said it was done. He said someone had apparently been messing with the ride height adjustments on the rear, so he readjusted the ride height, and everything was working fine. I paid the bill (which was MUCH less that I thought it would be), thanked him and took off in the coach to go back to Little Bear for the night. All pressures were back to normal and responding great. Now for the rest of the story...

The ONLY people to be anywhere near the adjustments is at Freightliner in Gaffney. I recall talking to the tech at Gaffney, and he seemed to dislike the Active Air system, and went on to tell me how it made the coach ride sloppier because of the larger air lines having more volume of an air buffer. Now, I really don't want to point fingers, but I'm really wondering if I should go back to Gaffney this year for the annual checkup or seek service somewhere else. As far as I remember, the issue showed up shortly after my last visit there, at least that's when I noticed it. I'd hate to think they knowingly sabotaged the system or even tried to mess with the ride height if they thought it needed adjustment.

Interesting...but in all of my visits to FCCC never has active air come up or anyone touching anything. My last visit he noted the left front drop and checked for leaks repeatedly and an additional time at no cost. To each their own but no one but Newmar touches the house, no one but Gaffney touches the chassis.

I'm still seeing if my left front is stable. I switched to jacks yesterday and the left front was not low, I think it was just at limit trying to correct at a point it can't, but tries. I'll check again on the next stop. It's bothering me I didn't put o-ring lube on the part I replaced, may have to get back in to do that for the solenoid replacement I did recently.

Hope all is well at HWH. Hope they can hold on post Paul era whenever that comes, such a remote location and not sure how they find workers. My fear is Lippert acquires them.

You said the L word, I certainly hope not. I did see them working on Paul's coach, but in asking about it, most rolled their eyes. Seems to be the in house project that will be an ongoing pipe dream.
