Our DS is primarily black tones, and the front top cap was all black. Some of the clearcoat started to go away, so I decided to paint above the marker lights with satin white Rust oleum as I've always had good luck with their products. Taped it off, sanded and prepped, and rolled the white on with a foam roller. 3 coats over 3 days and I think it came out pretty nice. Can't see it from the ground and the difference in the front temp seems noticeable so far.

I’ve been thinking about doing the same thing to my AC covers. My clear-coat was failing on the tops of both caps and the radius portions of the sides and Newmar repaired all of it at no cost in 2021 when the coach was 5 years old.
