I am new to RVing. I have a 2025 Coachman Prism 24 elite MBE with dead batteries (stock LA batts)
Will the battery converter on this unit automatically detect a change and be OK if replacing with new Lithium batts?

I wouldn't think so. You will probably have to set it up for lithium batteries. You should check documentation to see if it is capable
