BTW that failing Tech company is now or by year end will be cashflow positive.

We visited the Space X launch facility, Star Base, outside of Brownsville, TX this past spring. Amazingly we could drive up within yards or walk up within feet of the assembly area. The launch facility was maybe a ¼ mile from the road. They have an rv park stocked with dozens of identical Airstream trailers for employees on the facility. Elon has a moderate home on the property.

Just last month, Elon donated 20 million dollars to the Cameron County schools and another 10 million dollars to Brownsville to revitalize downtown.

Its an amazing place to visit.

We are looking forward to a visit to StarBase, Boca Chica. Maybe in the Spring. In April 2024 there is going to be an Solar eclipse in that area. Might do both on same trip.
