Have struggled with where I would permanently install my 'RV network stuff' for over a year. I've finally decided I will partition off a section of the storage cabinets over the bed in the rear of the RV. I have both 120 VAC & 12 VDC available & the cable run for the antenna wires will be fairly short.
With that decision made, I had an antenna mount fabricated which I will mount to the back of the RV so I don't have to drill holes through my roof. The idea for the mount came from the mounts I see on the back of the cabs of over the road truckers. Hope to have everything permanently installed before too long.
