I just purchased a Keystone Residence 401MBNK, it is a 2018 model. I have been trying to set up OTA TV and I understand that I have a Winegard Antenna on the roof. What I have seen is a "Flying Saucer" like disk on a short stalk. It is not flat but bulges out on the top and the bottom. It appears to be mounted to the main roof right near the refrigerator push out. My understanding is that these arean amplified omnidirectional antenna. I tried hooking up a cable from the cable panel by the entertainment system to the tv and it finds no channels and according the antenna pointing apps I should get 9-10 strong channels. When I ask AI is says there should be a plate with a blue light and an on/off button but I cannot find it anywhere. I have an antenna input on the back of the trailer right above a tail light but there is not panel anywhere outside with an amplifier or cabling, etc. Before I spend money to buy a new antenna to hook up to the antenna input (and I am not sure that would even work) I am hoping to get some info on what I need to do to get the built in Winegard working. TIA

There should be a power control/booster somewhere in the RV. Should look like a small wall plate with a switch and lite on it. I am not familiar with your specific RV but have a powered antennae on my unit.

To scan for channels via the antennae, the light must be on, to utilize park supplied cable, the light must be off.

It is likely that the exterior coax connection you see is for the cable connection, not an antennae.

google machine says, The 401mbnk refers to a 40-foot destination trailer made by Keystone RV (Residence or Puma lines). The "antenna booster" in this RV is a built-in 12V signal amplifier used to boost over-the-air signals from your rooftop TV antenna.
The wall plate and booster are typically located on the wall above the main entertainment center or in the central control cabinet.
