I purchased a 2024 Roadtrek Class B Zion on January 11 2024. Paid them cash in full. I purchased it in Davie, Fl. From LeMesa RV. When I was into my 11th month of a two year warranty. I tried to take it in for service and was told LeMesa no longer does business with Roadtrek. When I inquired why I was told that Roadtrek refused to cover payments for warranty repairs. My response was that has nothing to do with me. I purchased it from LeMesa, paid you cash. Leaving me hanging is unacceptable. He told me to contact Roadtrek, then hung up on me. That’s the service you provide to someone who paid you $126,000.00 cash.

So I contacted Roadtrek, after two days of phone routing hell I finally got In touched with a rep who told me I could take it to Gainesville Fl. I said do you realize that is over 400 miles away from me.

Anybody else been screwed over by these crooks? I like to hear about your experience.

Good morning, DRL:

Yes. I had the same issue. Gainesville is not convenient for any of us in central or south Florida. However, please note my experience with La Mesa for warranty repairs was, well... sub-optimal. La Mesa struggled - unsuccessfully - to diagnose my house battery issue.

If you have not already been made aware, emailing Roadtrek may be better than calling to obtain warranty repairs ([email protected]). In my case, Roadtrek referred me to a local mobile RV repair tech. This is much more convenient than having to wait weeks for La Mesa to tell me they were "unable to duplicate the issue". Plus, post warranty, I expect you will find mobile repair techs more convenient and certainly less expensive than La Mesa (and most other RV dealers).

Good luck, sir.
