If anyone is ever in central Florida and need AquaHot help send me a message. I know the systems very well and help a lot of people out with issues.

I have a Aqua-Hot 400D in my coach and we are full timers. I end up replacing the igniter every year. At 450.00 a pop, it gets annoying and no one around here stocks them. This time I'm buying two so I have a spare. They always go out on a holiday weekend. Weird?
My question is, Why? It's just a coil. Are they only built to last so long? It's an epoxy potted electronic buzz coil. Seems like they should last longer than that. Am I getting a power surge or something?
