I just bought a 2024 Roadtrek Chase. I love the unit but the local dealership Little Dealer Little Prices (parent company Campers Inn) was horrible to deal with. It took two months to get them to finish the service to get everything working. If I had to do it over I would never buy anything from them. Their service department is fairly new to Roadtrek units so they don't have the skills to work on them. They also have lied to me repeatedly through the whole process, and now expect me to sign a waiver that exempts them from any liability when they are servicing my unit. Seriously...even flood, fire, theft and ANY damage by their employees. I don't want to deal with them but they are the only dealers listed as the Roadtrek authorized dealers in Arizona. Right now I have a working unit but want to make sure I can take it somewhere else in the future. One RV place said they don't do Roadtrek Warranty work. Help?! Where can I get repair work done? Can I skip the warranty claim and pay for it myself at an RV repair shop or does that cause warranty issues?

Have you talked with NIRVC in Surprise, just outside of Phoenix?
