I have a question, I have a 7.3 BAL Stabilizer hitch system on a 2021 Outback TT, and I am hooked up to shore power and when I go to use the system it is telling me I do not have the required amps/voltage to use the system correctly, and even when i hook it up to my truck the same thing. The battery is showing it is full and everything else on the camper is working correctly. I went out today and the system will not turn on. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what could be going on. Thank you.

That is just the equalizer hitch, correct? Are you meaning the electric jack on the tongue? If that's the case, check the wiring between the jack and the battery. Also make sure the ground is good too.
