Looking at the basement doors, I saw 3 of the door latch guides broken.
I looked on Amazon and found a 1/2 inch thick cutting board that appeared as a suitable substitute material to make new ones. A couple drill bits, files, clamps and a jigsaw were the tools required. I've heard rumors that Newmar is very proud of these, price wise.
In 3 hours I made five of them. Seem to be working well. (After I quit slamming the doors)
After reading about the bay doors on this forum and having one come open on the road, it was past time to do something. I did replace the inside latch assembly that I got from Newmar and was pleasantly surprised they are only $15.00 each. If you order any, be sure to tell the parts guy what side of the coach you are working on. There are left and right latches.
