I just bought a 2010 Road Trek RS Adventurous. I have it plugged into shore power but it is not charging the house batteries. Suggestion?

Check circuit breaker at the supply side. Check voltage at the receiving side, sometimes voltage too far off will trigger a safety cutout.

I don’t know your RV, but on ours the battery charger is a separate item mounted on a wall in a lower compartment, be sure it is plugged in, turned on and does not have a circuit breaker tripped as Neal suggested.

most "battery chargers" are the converter. When plugged in and the battery disconnected does the lighting and water pump work?
The breaker (115) is in the power panel, however 12v fuses are on the converter as well to protect the 12v side of things. I am not fond of converters as I have had to replace many of them. Make sure you turn off and back on the breaker for the converter. Then check the fuses on the converter itself. If it still will not light up the house your converter is likely bad.

Where would we look for the converter as apparently that is the culprit!

I have an 2006 210 Popular and found out, the hard way, you have to have the battery power on BEFORE you plug into shore power in order for it to charge the house batteries. Hope that helps.
