I believe the FKTS is a travel trailer. Usually the batteries are on the front of the rig behind the propane tank.
They may be located around the steps, under. The batteries need ventilation.

The battery is charged two ways, from the 7 pin connector at the hitch and a convertor via shore power. Simplest way would be to trace from the 7 pin connector. It's likely somewhere upfront in a compartment, look under the entryway as well.
