Rich, I actually own a trucking company. Other than the DPF stopping (especially the '07 to '09 models) the problems that we have had over the years have been different than what the RVers have/are exper
I’ve also been told that Volvo has a different system configuration and those trucks and busses (and Prevost coaches) are generally reliable as well. It’s clearly a RV chassis issue and some even have the DEF tank right next to the DPF Craziness! The conventional tractor configuration seems to be much less susceptible but a Freightliner tech told me they had their share of emissions troubles too.
