@Neal the Centramatic is just another form of wheel balancing. The nice thing is when you get a tire balanced it is to a set speed. These type adjust automatically.

My only thought about this is at what speed are wheels balanced? At what speed do Centramatics become effective? Do Centramatics become counter effective at slower speeds?

Good Point, and in my way of thinking that when you slow down enough they become ineffective, but that is true for any wheel balancing. What that speed is I would not know.
