Black tank locked at 100%

my black tank is locked at 100%
tank is empty
tried to reconfigure tank, no luck
turned salesman switch on and off

@TheLooks - it's not that easy, various coaches have different sensors, systems, driven by tech such as SilverLeaf, etc. and there are so many variables.

@Golferdave78 these systems are typically driven by 12v so not sure if a 12v cycle on the coach would help you or it's something with SilverLeaf. Maybe someone with a like coach or recent Newmar can help such as @ARD @redbaron etc.

When you say “locked” are you referring to the toilet system not operating with Red light on at the switch?

Has your problem been resolved? If not, and both toilets are showing red light, behind each toilet is a black box, cut yellow wire. Or you can reset your Silverleaf tank calibration by entercode 42, and resetting black tank twice when empty.
