Also note, the DOT code has a Plant Identifier which will allow you to determine country of origin.

Carlisle Radial Trail HDs are great tires. I ran them on my single axle trailer and was glad to have the 81mph speed rating. I also went with a load range d, even though it was overkill. Make sure not to get the bias-ply Sport trail!

I went with that exact model…but my rating is E. The local service lost the second tire. Drove down and backed into a very tricky area for them to swap out the old ones, but they were not quite on the ball. After waiting an hour, they finally said I’ll have to come back tomorrow when the other one arrives.
Do you run them at the max 80 psi?

Sorry, I don’t recall the PSI I used. Did my research at the time but it left my brain when the trailer left

Trailer tires should be run at max pressure when loaded. If trailer is empty it is permissible to lower pressure to reduce bounce otherwise max pressure as specified by sidewall.
