Happy New Year to you all. I treated us to a new Camplux Oven a few weeks ago looks posh and up to date, and now we are disappointed with the buy. Over the holidays using the oven found that it is no difference with temperatures control this one is still 50 degrees out like the Atwood we took out and for baking Yorkshire Puddings we could not maintain 400/425* I have contacted Camplux and they said all RV ovens are the same. And no adjustments behind the oven knob for the temps also we have pizza tiles in the as before. I take it they must use the same parts in all the ovens, yes?
Den.

I wonder what the difference is in a natural gas oven in a house and a propane gas oven in an RV, other than the type of fuel?
